This will be the case for those of you who have been using our old editor, which is based on Adobe Flash,
as we haven't made any changes to either the Flash editor or the dashboard and other account pages for quite some time.

which gave them a high-quality panoramic view of their space.
This feature was impressive, and looked great, but was limiting an
ultra-realistic experience within the space they created.
We wanted to do something about this - so we created the 3D tour.
Now, when creators upgrade t...

Local backups
By Gert-Jan van der Wel on June 14, 2017
Floorplanner runs in the cloud. This means that all the floor plans are stored in the databases on our servers. For this to work properly you need a stable internet connection, which is not always available or guaranteed. So there is a small risk of losing the project you’re working on because the connection between your system and our servers is lost or unstable 😨😱
